Marilyn Linares

Marilyn Linares represents employees in class and collective claims for unpaid wages.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2018 and earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2021. Prior to law school, Marilyn worked as a legal assistant with Shavitz Law Group and, during law school, continued as a law clerk with the firm. 

Marilyn joined Shavitz Law Group as an Associate in 2023.  Marilyn is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and North Carolina, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
