Goldman Sachs Unpaid Overtime Investigation

Businessman running out of time

Have you trained as an Associate or Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the last three years?

If so, you may be owed overtime wages for any hours over 40 you worked each week during training.  Our law firm is investigating claims that Goldman Sachs failed to pay Associates and Analysts for all hours worked to complete training and prepare for licensing exams, including FINRA Series exams, from the office and from home.

Employees generally must be compensated for all time worked, including for time spent completing required training and preparing for required exams from home.  If you reviewed materials or prepared for exams off the clock during training for Goldman Sachs within the past three years, you may be entitled to back-pay.

If you have questions about your rights or would like to discuss your potential claims and damages, please complete the Contact Us form to the right, and a member of our law firm will contact you.
