Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Overtime Case
Have you worked for Bank of America or Merrill Lynch in the last three years?
If so, you may be owed overtime wages for any hours over 40 you worked each week within the past three years. Our law firm is investigating claims that Bank of America/Merrill Lynch failed to pay its employee nationally for all hours worked over 40 each week. Our attorneys have represented tens of thousands of financial sector employees nationwide who either:
- were paid on an hourly basis but were not permitted to record all overtime hours worked outside of their scheduled shifts, including during unpaid meal breaks, or
- were not paid for all overtime hours worked while in training, including for time spent studying for required licensing exams from home;
- were “misclassified” as exempt, salary-paid employees even though their job duties were primarily customer service and sales and/or
- worked in a call center and were required to arrive at their stations early to become “call ready” before clocking in;
